Recently got a traffic ticket because I didn't put the turn signal on while having a turn. I mean, no vehicles were behind me so I didn't mind about turn signal. I know it's still traffic rule violation.

But turn signal won't make any impact even if I turn it on since the only vehicle on the road was mine. Why would they give a ticket when my driving won't cause any damage or accidents?

I think I should fight against the ticket. A friend of mine told me about a law firm for traffic ticket representation in Ontario. I'm planning to call them soon. I would like to hear your opinion before. Any thoughts or suggestions on this would be helpful.
